On saturday morning there was a big earthquake that happened at 4.36 am in Christcrhurch .There was lots of damages but nobody got hurt.There a lots of shops and roads damaged and there are lots of fluds.The last aftershock was today.Some people say not to stand next to buildings incase they fall.

Being in an earthquake must have been very scary! Especially it being so early in the morning like that. I couldn't imagine being in one! Do earthquakes happen often there?
