Miss V had an amazing class of Year 5 and 6 students (9 and 10 year olds) at Pt. England School in Auckland, New Zealand. We enjoyed sharing our learning on our blog in 2010 and have left this online for you to come and enjoy as a record of our year.

Jasmine Active Earth
This term I have been learning about Volcanoes,Tsunamis and Earth quakes.
That was a great animation of a volcano erupting. I like the detail you have put into your graphics and the timing is great too. Well done Jasmine. Keep up the amazing work.

We're either Maori, Samoan, Tongan, European, Cook Island or Niuean - so we're an interesting bunch of kids!
