The Four Nations Fans Day

To my absolute amazement I saw my favourite NRL players in the world and their names are Darren Lockyer and Sam Burgess. Sam Burgess is tall! I was also looking forward to getting Benji Marshall's autograph.

We went there to go and have some fun and learn new games to play. When we played four-hand touch, Kurt Gidley was on my team but he was signing autographs while I had to defend this boy who got through me to score a try because Kurt was too busy giving out his autograph. I wish he wasn't so he could help save the try.

I was earnestly looking hard for Darren Lockyer but he was no where to be found and I heard that he was up in the stadium signing autographs.

I will remember this day for a long time.

MTV - that is my group for the Fiafia night. It is so cool that we made an animation of the song called Never say Never by Justin Bieber and Jaden Smith. We choose this song because we where talking about a person who never gives up. This animation was so exciting that even though we choose a dance to do on the stage as well, we changed it to just waving our hands and bowing.

My part of the movie was the rocket ship. Now sit back and watch my animation.

Christchurch Earthquake

With a devastating effect Christchurch was hit by an earth quake on Saturday morning. On the news they were talking about what had happened in Christchurch. It's been devastating for the people and even moreso because they've had more than one hundred aftershocks. Floods started to happen because the water pipes broke underneath the ground. The Auckland Police department sent about 80 police officers to help the emergency services in Christchurch. People are desparate to go back to their normal lives. If they want to drink water, they have to boil it so they won't get sick. I feel sorry for the people in Christchurch.

All Star kicker Darren Lockyer is one of the best all star rugby league kickers in the whole wide world. He can even kick it from the 50 metre line. He plays for the Queensland Maroons that have won 5 series in a row against the New South Wales Blues Team.

Fiafia Practices

Kia Ora, I'm in the Kapa Haka group and we're practicing for the Fiafia Concert next month. A postive thing about the FIAFIA pratices is learning to do the Kapa Haka stance. To do a Kapa Haka stance, you have to sit down like you are going to go to the toilet. It is so hard that our tutor, Khristraen said that you have to have muscles not pipis in your legs and your arms. You need to be strong like you're a fierce man going out to war. If you want to do A Kapa Haka stance You need to look scary. I really like my Kapa Haka group.
